Since 2019, I have been undertaking assignments for various international organisations and agencies working in and on Central Asia and Global China, including the Dutch government, European Union, the Asian Development Bank, the UN IOM, and smaller non-governmental organisations. These assignments have focused on diverse themes and dynamics related to rural matters, including agricultural development, food security, migration, gender, politics and conflict, and natural resources management.
